Data deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you, including data received through our WhatsApp Business account and our Meta (Facebook) apps.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@nexora-portal.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the email address or phone number you used with us, and the reference number if you have one (for example NX-2026-000123).
3. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same email or phone, to make sure it is really you.

What happens next

• We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
• We delete your form submissions, call-back requests, WhatsApp conversations and related notes from our dashboard and ask our providers to do the same.
• We keep only what the law requires us to keep (for example invoices and contracts for tax purposes), and only for as long as required.

To stop WhatsApp messages without deleting everything, reply STOP in the chat or tell us by email.
