How long does a project take?
A marketing site takes 2 - 4 weeks. A platform with an admin panel takes 6 - 12 weeks depending on scope. The timeline is written down before we start.
How is pricing decided?
By scope, not hours. You get a fixed proposal with stages and deliverables; anything added later is priced separately.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Code, database and design files are handed over in full after final payment.
Is there support after launch?
One month of free bug fixing, then an optional monthly retainer with a defined response time.
Do you work with clients outside Egypt?
Yes. The team is based in Egypt and works with clients across the Gulf and Europe.

What services do you offer?
Websites, web platforms and admin dashboards, mobile apps for iOS and Android, online stores, UI/UX and brand identity, hosting and maintenance, and AI-assisted features such as smart search or image analysis.
How do we get started?
Book a consultation and pick a call window. We call you, learn what you need, and send a written proposal with scope, timeline and price. Work starts once you approve it.
How do payments work?
A first payment starts the project and the rest is paid by milestone, as agreed in the proposal. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Can you redesign or take over an existing website?
Yes. We start with a short audit of the current site (code, speed, SEO and security), then recommend improving it or rebuilding it, with the cost of each option.
Do you build bilingual Arabic and English websites?
Yes, and it is our default. Arabic is built right-to-left from the start, with proper fonts and layouts, not mirrored at the end.

Which technologies do you use?
Proven, widely supported tools such as Laravel and modern JavaScript for the web, and native-quality apps for iOS and Android. We choose the stack that fits your project and your team after launch.
Do you handle hosting, domains and business email?
Yes. As a Hostinger partner we set up, migrate and maintain hosting, domains and business email, and keep backups running.
Can you integrate WhatsApp, payment gateways and other systems?
Yes. As a Meta Business Partner we connect the WhatsApp Business Platform for notifications and support, and we integrate local and international payment gateways, CRMs and other systems through their APIs.
Will my website be fast and ready for search engines?
Yes. Every page is built for speed and search from the start: clean code, optimised images, proper titles and descriptions in both languages, a sitemap and structured data.
Is my data safe?
We use HTTPS, regular backups, role-based access and two-factor sign-in for dashboards, and we handle personal data in line with Egypt’s data protection law.

How do I get support on a live project?

How can I review your work?
Open the Customer Care Area, rate your experience and write a few words. We publish reviews after a quick check, and you can ask us to edit or remove yours at any time.
