Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Nexora IT Agency ("we") collects through nexora-portal.com, why we collect it and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and, where it applies to you, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, optional phone number, your message and whether you agreed to be contacted on WhatsApp.
• Consultation request: your email, a description of your issue, your preferred call window and time zone.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, the page you came from and the language you use. We use it to protect the forms from spam and abuse and to keep the site working.
• Preferences: your language, theme and reduced-motion choice, stored in cookies (see the cookie policy).

Why we use it

• To answer your message, call you back in the window you chose and prepare a proposal (to take steps at your request before a contract).
• To send you confirmations and service messages by email or, if you agreed, WhatsApp.
• To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us run the service, each under its own data protection terms: our hosting provider (Hostinger), our email provider, Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) for WhatsApp messages, and Cloudflare (Turnstile) for spam protection. Some of these providers may process data outside your country; we rely on their contractual safeguards. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and consultation requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they become part of a client project. Contract and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and commercial laws require. Security logs are kept for a short period, normally no more than 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time (for example to WhatsApp messages). See the data deletion page for how to send a request. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS, access to the dashboard is limited by role and protected with two-factor authentication, and secrets are encrypted at rest.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18.
